Cirque du Soleil Worlds Away

Paramount Pictures pick up the distribution on the Cirque du Soleil 3D film - Worlds Away. David Mallet directed the live performance element of the film with Serpent's Rocky Oldham and Dione Orrom and Paul Morphos co-producers on the film. Andrew Adamson (Shrek, Narnia) was the overall director of the film with James Cameron as the Executive Producer. Due for release later in 2012

Gianna Nannini Quasi Mai Promo

Following the great success of the Gianna Nannini DVD shoot, Gianna and her management team commissioned Serpent and Nick Morris to produce her new music video - Quasi Mai. Shot in one day in London, using 5D cameras - NIck combined the filmic shots with projection and unusual lighting to come up with a really beautiful music video.

Matt Askem directed his third film for Take That this one with Robbie Williams back in the group. A stunning film of the sell out Progress Tour, shot in the bands home town of Manchester. Using in excess of 20 cameras, including the amazing Spidercam, Matt really captured the show in all its stunning detail. Released to amazing demand Christmas 2011, outselling all other music DVD's and with a successful BBC screening following over Christmas. It was another huge success.

After a year of development Serpent have moved into 3D production with a Major 3D film for the Cirque du Soleil which started shooting at the end of 2010. For theatrical release. James Cameron is Exec Producer, Andrew Adamson (Shrek and the Narnia Films) the director and David Mallet the live performance director. Pace systems are providing the 3D equipment. Serpent have a number of other 3D projects in development.
